EM Voices is one of Australia’s most successful voice over artists’ agencies.  It has long been established as a friendly, professional and high quality Australian agency that has a singular focus on the business of voice overs. The company represents over 120 of Australia’s most exceptional voice artists as well as high profile actors across a wide range of styles, ages, accents, characters and foreign languages.

The management team of Alex Mathews, Jane Lillas and Isobel Deane supported by Managing Director Jonathon Green and accounts manager Tatiana Iakouba all live and breathe voice overs. They are not distracted by repping anyone other than talented, professional voice overs artists. EM Voices staff understand the field intimately and service hundreds of customers in a friendly and constructive manner every day.

EM Voices' newest service is providing Foreign Language voices for Localization companies and E-Learning applications on a global scale. Our in-house studio facilities and stable of talented foreign speakers, allow us to deliver a top quality service for all Localization needs.  EM Voices currently works with a number of businesses in Asia and are now expanding their service in this region. The languages currently offered include; Dutch, French, German, Polish, Italian, Hungarian, Thai, Korean, Chinese Mandarin (Taiwan), Chinese Mandarin (Singapore), Japanese and Russian. All of these artists are native-born linguists who are proficient in a neutrally-accented style.

Who we are:

ALEX MATHEWS - Agent

Alex has casting in her blood, being the grand-daughter of Mitch Mathews - an inspirational casting director of the 70’s & 80’s who cast such films as ‘Max Max’ & ‘The Man from Snowy River’. Alex began her career working for her aunty, Celia Mathews of ‘C for Casting’.  In 2002 an opportunity arose to work with Lisa Hamilton Management as an Assistant Theatrical Agent. Lisa Hamilton Management later merged with Encompass Management which gave Alex the opportunity to work with some of the greats in the industry, such as Mark Morrissey, Alan Wilson & Stephen Harmon. Alex joined EM Voices in 2005 as a voice over agent.  Alex’s tireless effort, effervescent personality and constant dedication to her work has quickly made her one of the most highly respected voice over agents in Australia. alex@emvoices.com.au

JANE LILLAS - Agent

Jane Lillas has had a long and varied career in the entertainment industry. After studying Advertising at RMIT, she found herself seduced by the bright lights of showbiz and started working as a Theatrical Agent in Melbourne. After relocating to Sydney in the mid 80's Jane worked as a Live Music Promoter and on various television productions for The Grundy Organisation. For the 14 years prior to joining EM Voices she managed two highly respected Sydney-based Talent Agencies. jane@emvoices.com.au

ISOBEL DEANE - Agent

Isobel developed a love for radio at a young age demonstrated by choosing to do work experience at Radio National. She went on to work at university and community radio stations, before producing inflight radio for Qantas, Malaysia and Royal Brunei Airlines. Working with EM Voices is a natural continuation as she previously worked closely with EM voices booking talent to host her music programs. isobel@emvoices.com.au

Tatiana manages EM Voices accounts with enormous ability and effortless charm. JONATHON GREEN - Managing Director

Managing Director and owner of EM Voices since 2003, Jonathon Green has a long and extensive career in film and television. An experienced producer of features, documentaries and other screen entertainment, Jonathon leads the company's impressive team of agents.
