ALEX MATHEWS - Agent

Alex has casting in her blood, being the grand-daughter of Mitch Mathews - an inspirational casting director of the 70’s & 80’s who cast such films as ‘Mad Max’ & ‘The Man from Snowy River’ - and began her career working for her aunty, Celia Mathews of ‘C for Casting’.  In 2002 she took the opportunity to work with Lisa Hamilton Management as an Assistant Theatrical Agent. This later merged with Encompass Management and gave Alex the opportunity to work with some greats in the industry, such as; Mark Morrissey, Alan Wilson & Stephen Harmon. Alex joined EM Voices in 2005 as a Sydney-based voice over agent and has been a rising star ever since. Her tireless effort, effervescent personality and constant dedication to her work has evolved her into one of the most highly respected voice over agents in Australia. alex@emvoices.com.au

JANE LILLAS - Agent

Jane Lillas has had a long and varied career in the entertainment industry. After studying Advertising at RMIT, she found herself seduced by the bright lights of showbiz and started working as a Theatrical Agent in Melbourne. After relocating to Sydney in the mid 80's Jane worked as a Live Music Promoter and on various television productions for The Grundy Organisation. For the 14 years prior to joining EM Voices she managed two highly respected Sydney-based Talent Agencies. Jane has been with EM Voices since early 2007 and is dedicated to her job primarily representing Melbourne's finest voice artists. jane@emvoices.com.au

MARIE MENESES - Assistant Agent

Marie’s background is in publishing administration, working alongside major organisations including News Magazines and Pacific Magazines.  Having long aspired to a career in entertainment, her Assistant role at EM Voices has finally made it happen! JONATHON GREEN - Managing Director

Managing Director and owner of EM Voices since 2003, Jonathon Green has a long and extensive career in film and television. An experienced producer of features, documentaries and other screen entertainment, Jonathon leads the company's impressive team of agents.
